Post Construction & Commercial Cleaning Service

Post-Construction Cleaning

Our team will thoroughly clean your new construction. Your home or business will be in move-in condition when completed leaving you free to concentrate on unpacking—and not cleaning. With a large available staff, we are able to meet your completion/settlement time frames. This service can be tailored to your needs and operation. Our staff is also available to clean after drywall finishing prior to painting and/or flooring installation.

Floor Care

Carpet Cleaning

Carpets take a beating and require regular cleaning to reduce odors and maintain a positive impression. Stained carpets can make your entire building seem dirty and unkempt. Our truck mounted, deep extraction system will help make those high traffic areas look new again with only safe, non-toxic cleaning solutions to help protect your health. Don’t forget to ask for the protective application to help resist future stains.

Duct Cleaning

Construction debris can make your ductwork breeding grounds for a multitude of allergens, mold, mildew, and harmful bacteria or viruses. And since the air you breathe passes through this ductwork, you’re susceptible to the harmful affects of these airborne irritants. To eliminate these issues, we utilize a HEPA filtered vacuum at one end of the duct that uses high pressure compressed air to break up the dust and contaminants, forcing them into the HEPA and preventing any of the dust and contaminants from entering the room. After the ducts are cleaned, we move on to cleaning the coils, filters, and drip pan. All of your vents are then washed by hand, leaving you with a sparkling clean, healthier HVAC system.

Solutions for Odor Removal

Odors come from a variety of sources. Many are easily addressed but most can be difficult to find. While some are just annoying or even embarrassing (urine odors), the source of many can be dangerous and cause serious health issues. Our experienced team will work with you to find the source. By utilizing only safe “green” products, your odors are eliminated without any harmful off gassing from traditional toxic cleaning agents.

Don’t forget the air ducts, which can harbor debris, dust, and dirt, providing breeding grounds for molds and bacteria. Check out our Duct Cleaning service as well.

EXTERIOR SERVICES

Window Cleaning

Despite the efforts that are taken by the painters, it’s impossible to keep the windows clean. It’s important to the contractor to have clean windows to see if the windows have any problems. Whether the windows have paint, drywall mud, and yes even concrete splatter, we can make your windows look like new again. And of course your clients expect them to be crystal clear. Pressure Washing

Construction sites are messy. There is no way to avoid it. Properly finish your project by pressure washing the building’s exterior, parking lots, and sidewalks for a fresh, clean start. Especially helpful for renovation projects where older siding is joined with new finishes—pressure washing gives the entire building the same fresh look by minimizing the contrast between new and old.
