We utilize a HEPA filtered vacuum at one end of the duct that uses high pressure compressed air to break up the dust and contaminants, forcing them into the HEPA and preventing any of the dust and contaminants from entering your building. After the ducts are cleaned, we move on to cleaning the coils, filters, and drip pan. All of your vents are then washed by hand, leaving you with a sparkling clean, healthier HVAC system.

We take COVID cleaning seriously.  We have been on the front lines since the beginning ensuring our essential clients (medical offices,
cancer centers, utility providers, DOD contractors, logistic providers, daycares, private schools) were able to safely stay operating.  The easy part for us was that it was not much of a change from what we were already doing for our large medical clientele. We simply stepped up all our basic cleaning to medical-grade.  
 
First, we make sure our staff is healthy and safe. Temps are reported before clocking in and masks/gloves are worn upon entering the site.  Next, all areas to be cleaned are processed in a specific order.  The areas are cleaned, then a quaternary disinfectant is applied and allowed to sit as directed by the manufacturer. We then go back and wipe off that disinfectant to prevent sticky surfaces.   Bathrooms, kitchens, entry doors, keyboards, telephones, door handles, elevators, -- any high touch point surface is cleaned utilizing this method.  We do not simply spray disinfectant in these areas and leave as they will leave sticky residues and can damage some surfaces.
