Our company is growing and its a great time to join our Team! We're excited to introduce a new Residential Cleaning Manager position based out of our Kent Island office.  Our Residential (house) cleaning division has grown large enough to require its own Manager and we are looking for a very specific candidate.  We have clients who expect a very high level of customer service, and we need an individual specifically focused on this division.  This position will require administrative duties (including but not limited to:)

• • • sales
    • scheduling
    • training
    • performance reviews
    • supply management
    • budget management and reporting
    • site inspections and visits

as well as hands on cleaning duties as part of ongoing staff development and training.  The manager may occasionally be required to fill in shifts if they cannot be filled due to absences.

Our ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and drive (think-- resort style hotel level).  This position is ideal for someone who values teamwork, consistency, and being an important part of our day-to-day operations.  We need someone with a strong eye for detail.   Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.  Candidate must be self-motivated and require very little direct supervision (once oriented and trained).

This is a full-time, daytime Monday-Friday role with major holidays off (paid)
Hours may vary, so schedule flexibility is required.

A valid drivers license with zero/minimal violations is required.  Extensive Supervisory experience is preferred.   Candidate must work well in a team oriented environment and be reliable, flexible, and proactive.  Strong communication and leadership skills a must.
