Heath Schuman
CEO
Heath graduated from SSU in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science focused on Management and has been in business since 1985. He’s an active member of the Trappe Lions Club, 3C USA Dorchester Campus, the local Chamber of Commerce, and MTAM. Outside of work, Heath enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, and spending time with his wife and two children.
Sherrie Schuman
Vice President
Sherrie graduated from Towson University with a bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in marketing. She loves spending time with her horses—whether she’s playing with them at home or camping with them—and enjoys being with her family and staying active in her church community.
Jodi Schreiber
Accounts and Finance Administrator
Jodi graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and brings thoughtful insight and organization to the team. When she’s not at the office, you can find her baking something sweet or getting into the Halloween spirit—pirates and all.

Brad has been a valued member of the Schuman’s team for 25 years and takes pride in serving our customers. He enjoys spending time outdoors and making memories with family and friends and looks forward to many more years with the company.
John Workman
Commercial Divisional Manager
Originally from Philadelphia, John has called Maryland home for the past 28 years. Family always comes first for him, and he’s been a dedicated part of the Schuman’s team for 14 years. When he’s not at work, John loves watching movies and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
James Barrare
Homes/Janitorial Divisional Manager
Jay earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. A devoted Christian and active volunteer in his church, he enjoys spending time with family and exploring local wineries.
Amy Miller
Sales Coordinator
Outside of work, Amy loves spending time with her family—especially her daughter—and expressing her creativity through art. She’s passionate about giving back to the community and is always up for volunteering. Life begins after coffee, and she’s always ready for a refill!

Danielle graduated from Salisbury University in 2024 with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and dogs, and exploring new places whenever she can.
